The figures here are for general information and are not financial, tax, legal, medical or engineering advice — check anything important with a qualified professional before acting on it. Do not scrape the site in bulk or resell it. This summary is here for convenience; the sections below are the actual terms.
These Terms of Use govern your access to eaglecalculator.com, the short domain eaglecalc.com, and any calculator of ours embedded elsewhere (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Chetan Kumbhar, sole proprietor, based in Goa, India.
By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.
This is the most important section on the page. Nothing produced by the Service is professional advice, and you should not act on it alone.
The Service provides general information and computational tools. It does not provide, and must not be relied on as, financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, medical, nutritional, structural, engineering or safety advice. No professional relationship is created between you and us by your use of it.
Results depend entirely on the figures you enter and on general assumptions that may not fit your circumstances. Tax rules, interest rates, statutory thresholds, building standards and clinical guidance vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Before making a decision with financial, legal, medical or safety consequences — including borrowing, investing, filing a return, altering a diet or medication, or building anything — consult a qualified professional who can consider your actual situation.
In an emergency, or for any urgent medical concern, contact a doctor or emergency services. Do not rely on a calculator.
We take accuracy seriously. Formulas are checked before publication, official rates are sourced from the relevant authority, and we correct errors as quickly as we can once we know about them. Even so, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete, current or suitable for your purpose, nor that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any calculator or feature at any time without notice. There is no uptime commitment and no service level agreement.
If you spot something wrong, please tell us using the report link on the page. It genuinely helps.
You may use the Service for personal, educational, professional and commercial purposes, free of charge and without registering. You may share links to it, cite it, and embed calculators on your own website under section 6.

We encourage embedding. Subject to these terms, we grant you a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to display our calculators on websites you control, using the embed code we supply, for as long as you comply with the conditions below.

What we do not promise
An embed depends on our servers remaining available and on that calculator continuing to exist. We may change a calculator’s appearance, behaviour, dimensions or address, or withdraw it entirely, without notice. We are not liable for anything that follows from an embed becoming unavailable, changing, or displaying incorrectly on your site, and you should not build a critical process on top of one.
Revocation
We may revoke this licence for any site at any time, and may block a domain from loading our embeds. If we ask you to remove an embed, you must do so promptly.
White-label
Removing our branding, or presenting a calculator under your own, requires a separate paid written agreement. Absent that agreement, any use with our attribution removed is unlicensed. Enquiries to eaglecalculator@gmail.com.
Your responsibility to your own visitors
If you embed a calculator, you are responsible for your own site’s compliance with the law applying to it, including its privacy notice and any cookie or consent requirements. Section 2 applies to your visitors as much as to ours, and you should not present the results to them as advice.
The share feature creates a link, and in some cases an image, reproducing a calculation. A shared link may contain the values you entered, so anyone holding it can see them. Deciding what to share, and with whom, is your responsibility — see section 3 of our Privacy Policy.
Mathematical formulas and factual data are not owned by anyone, and we claim no rights over them. What we do own is everything we created around them: the explanatory text, worked examples, FAQs, visualisers, interface, code, design, the EagleCalculator name and logo, and the selection and arrangement of the whole. These are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and remain ours.
Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. The embed licence in section 6 is a permission to display, nothing more.
When you send us feedback, a correction or a suggestion, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve the Service, without obligation to compensate or credit you. Please do not send confidential information, or personal details you would rather we did not hold — the report box is free text and we store what you write.
You must not submit anything unlawful, abusive or infringing, and we may remove or ignore any submission at our discretion.
The Service may link to third-party websites and, in future, may display advertising. We do not control those sites or advertisers, do not endorse them by linking to or carrying them, and are not responsible for their content, products, practices or accuracy. Any dealing with them is between you and them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, savings, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any decision taken or not taken in reliance on a result it produced.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, is limited to the greater of the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case the limitations above apply only so far as that jurisdiction permits.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chetan Kumbhar against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Service, your use of an embed on a site you control, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access, and block an IP address or domain, at any time and without notice, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or that access is harming the Service or its users. Sections 2, 3, 8, 9, 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.
These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, or with the Service, are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Goa, India.
If any provision is held unenforceable, it is to be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our not enforcing a provision on any occasion is not a waiver of it.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the revised version applies from the moment it is published. Continued use after a change means you accept it. If you do not, stop using the Service and remove any embeds.
