HOW IT COUNTS

In calendar mode the tool simply moves forward or backward by the number of days you enter, landing on the resulting date and weekday — every day counts, including weekends and holidays. In business-day mode it steps day by day but only counts Monday to Friday, skipping Saturdays and Sundays, which is how deadlines and delivery windows are usually measured. Because weekends are skipped, ten business days actually spans fourteen calendar days, and the tool shows that span so you can see the real gap. Leap days are always counted correctly.
