FIXING IT
Order 16 boxes of flat and 3 of corner, plus 4 bags of adhesive.
Check the substrate first. Adhered stone needs a sound, clean, load-bearing background — and on a framed wall it needs a weather-resistive barrier and lath behind it, not board alone.
Fix the corners first, working up from the bottom, alternating the long leg left and right so the joint pattern does not stack. Then fill the flat between them.
Open several boxes at once and blend from all of them as you go. Stone varies between batches, and laying box by box leaves visible patches of colour across the wall.
THE FACE
Corners are bought by the metre, not the square metre. The 4.80 linear m of corner here covers 0.732 m² of face with its return legs, so the flat order drops from 22.11 to 21.38 m². Order the full net area as flat and you pay for that strip twice.

On a small single wall the deduction is a fraction of a box and easy to ignore. On a building with eight corners at full height it is over nine square metres — six boxes of flat stone that would otherwise be delivered, paid for and left over.
