    Pay attention to the warning notes for key sugars: brown sugar must be firmly packed (225g/cup packed vs 170g/cup unpacked — a 55g difference), and powdered sugar varies significantly between sifted (106g) and unsifted (133g). Muscovado should also be packed like brown sugar.
